• Reservation updates or modifications 
• Payment reminders 
• Check-in and check-out information 
• Requests to complete required documents 
• Event and activity notifications related to your stay 
• Customer service communications 
• Promotional or marketing messages, where you have separately provided your consent to receive such communications 

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 

Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies depending on your reservations, requested services, and your interactions with the business. You may receive multiple messages throughout the reservation process and during your stay as needed. 

Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless service plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for additional information regarding your messaging plan. 

Opting Out 

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. 

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from the SMS program. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again.
